• Staying past end time = automatic overstay fee

✔ Remove all rubbish, tie bags, place outside downstairs door
✔ Turn off lights, AC/heaters, fans
✔ Turn off all equipment: TV, karaoke, PS5, speakers
✔ Ensure taps (kitchen + toilet) are OFF
✔ Lock venue door + upstairs gate

Cleaning fee does NOT cover: pool table spills, equipment damage, sticky floors/extreme mess, leaving lights/AC on, unlocked gate. Charges may apply.
