To help keep The Hub welcoming and well-maintained for everyone, please take note of the following:

- No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the building.
- Any damage or excessive mess may result in additional cleaning or repair charges.
- Events serving alcohol or hosting 50+ attendees must arrange additional security in advance. Please get in touch with our team to confirm requirements.
- Catering and waste: Please remove all food, drink, and waste after your booking, or request a cleaning add-on if you need post-event assistance.
- Set-up and pack-down time must be included in your booking duration.
- No open flames, incense, or hazardous materials are permitted in the space.
- Music and amplified sound must be kept at a considerate level, in line with our community setting.
- All AV equipment should be handled carefully and returned to its original setup.
- Children and vulnerable adults must be supervised at all times.
- Commercial filming or photography must be approved in advance.
