House Rules for Hirers and Guests

Use of Space
• Hirers and guests must only use the areas included in their booking.
• Respect the building, furniture, and equipment at all times.
• Any damage to the premises, equipment, or furniture will be deducted from the refundable deposit.

Access and Timings
• Access is strictly limited to the agreed hire time.
• Set-up and clear-down must be completed within the booking period.
• Late vacating will result in deductions from the refundable deposit.

Noise and Music
• Music and amplified sound must end at the agreed time and comply with local noise regulations.
• No excessively loud or disruptive behaviour is permitted that may disturb neighbouring users or residents.

Food, Drink, and Alcohol
• Food and drink are permitted only with prior agreement.
• Alcohol is allowed only if agreed in advance and may require a licence.
• Strictly no underage drinking.

Health, Safety, and Cleanliness
• Hirers are responsible for ensuring health and safety compliance during their event.
• Fire exits must be kept clear at all times.
• Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere inside the building.
• All rubbish must be disposed of responsibly in the bins provided.

Parking
• Limited paid onsite parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Guests may also use nearby paid or free street parking, subject to local restrictions.
Children and Vulnerable Adults
• Children must always be supervised.
• Hirers are responsible for safeguarding arrangements where required.

General Conduct
• Anti-social, abusive, or discriminatory behaviour will not be tolerated.
• The hirer is responsible for the conduct of all their guests.
• Failure to comply with these rules may result in loss of the refundable deposit and refusal of future bookings.

All ages are allowed in the space
For security and insurance purposes CCTV cameras are installed in all the spaces used for community events.
Recording in bathrooms/dressing rooms are prohibited.

Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
