There is a fully equipped kitchen and a stage, along with a beautiful green room, and also a wall of LCD screens for the venue. Upstairs is the DJ booth; it controls lighting among others.
The Barn thus remains the appealing landscape for any special event or filming location.

Helper for set up: £20/h + VAT
Waiting staff: £20/h + VAT
Cleaning: £50 + VAT flat rate, end of event
Audio Visual Technician: £250 + VAT for 3 hours - additional hours £80/h
DJ: £300 + VAT for 3 hours - additional hours £100/h
SIA security required for 80 guests (quote via accredited suppliers)
Catering: approved or own suppliers accepted
The Barn will request a deposit of £250, which will be returned to the Hirer unless the Hirer breaks the agreed terms and conditions.
We do not permit any smoking and illegal substances in the building.
Rubbish must be disposed of Hirer and they take responsibility for managing the disposal of their waste. If any rubbish is left in the Hall, the Hirer will be liable to a fine (minimum of £50 to maximum £100) which will be deducted from the deposit.
The hirer must be responsible for leaving the premises clean and tidy and ensure that all attendees leave the building by the agreed hire period.
If the Hirer exceed the agreed hiring time of The Barn they will be charged an extra £200 per hour.
All costs incurred from additional cleaning charges, due to the hall not being left in a clean and safe condition as it was found, will be charged to the Hirer.
The Barn reserves the right to rescind this hiring agreement at any time before or during the term of this agreement.
