🚭 No Smoking Indoors – Smoking is not permitted inside the building. A designated smoking area is available outside.

🍷 Bring Your Own Alcohol (BYOB) – Guests may bring their own alcohol, subject to corkage fees:

£2 per bottle/can of beer or cider

£6 per bottle of wine/prosecco

£10 per bottle of spirits/liqueur

🥤 Soft Drinks & Catering –

No outside soft drinks or fizzy drinks (these must be purchased on-site).

No outside catering or food is allowed. All food must be arranged through the venue.

👥 Capacity – Maximum of 100 guests.

🎶 Music Policy –

Music and amplified sound must stop by 11:00 PM sharp.

Volume must remain at a respectful level to avoid disturbing hotel guests dining in the restaurant or staying in the hotel.

Hosts are responsible for ensuring all DJs, bands, or performers comply with this policy.

🎈 Decorations – Decorations are welcome, but:

They must not damage walls, fixtures, or furniture.

All decorations must be removed at the end of the event.

Failure to do so, or leaving excessive mess, will result in a £150 cleaning fee.

🤝 Respect for Hotel Guests – This is a hotel venue, and other guests may be dining or staying in the building. All event hosts and attendees are expected to respect the space and avoid disturbances outside of the hired room.
