The space is a long rectangular studio with a low-to-medium suspended ceiling and a dark, matt performance floor suited to movement work. A full-length mirrored wall provides continuous reflection, while natural daylight and recessed ceiling panels deliver even, usable illumination.
Room features: The room supports amplified rehearsals and playback through an on-site PA system and benefits from soundproofing for noisy sessions. Ancillary production support includes air conditioning, Wi-Fi, on-site storage and step-free, wheelchair-accessible entry.
Best for: Dance rehearsals and classes, movement workshops and small staged productions.
What sets it apart: A compact mini-theatre area at one end is fitted with stage curtains and a dedicated set of theatrical lights for small performances.

To ensure a safe, welcoming and professional environment for everyone, we ask all hirers and visitors to follow these guidelines:
-Respect the space
-Please treat the studios, equipment and furnishings with care. Leave the space as you found it.
-Only clean, appropriate footwear is permitted in studio spaces. Outdoor shoes must not be worn on dance floors. No heels or footwear that may damage the floor.
-Food is not permitted in the studios. Water is allowed in sealed bottles only.
-Any furniture, desks or chairs used must be returned to their original layout before the end of your booking.
-Please arrive and vacate the studio within your booked time, allowing for set-up and clear-down.
-Be mindful of other studio users and neighbouring spaces. Excessive noise outside of studios should be avoided.
-Studio equipment (sound systems, TVs, lighting) may only be used as instructed. Any technical issues should be reported to staff immediately.
-Any damage or breakages must be reported as soon as possible. Hirers may be liable for repair or replacement costs.
-Do not exceed the maximum capacity of the studio. Emergency exits must be kept clear at all times.
-The Performance Studios cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen items.
-Abusive, unsafe or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated. We are committed to maintaining an inclusive and respectful environment for all.
-Failure to follow these guidelines may result in the booking being ended without refund and/or refusal of future hire.
