I organised a conference dinner for 48 people. Leading up to the dinner Claire was extremely helpful, promptly replying to queries and being flexible when some delegates were late with their orders. On the night the restaurant was totally prepared and organised, with name cards for everyone. When some people took a course they hadn't ordered (as is inevitable in these situations), the restaurant quickly made new courses and provided everyone with what they wanted. The service was just outstanding. So was the food -- the set menu gave ample choice including for vegans, and many international guests were thrilled to have the chance to try Scottish specialities like haggis bon bons. All the attendees loved the atmosphere and the view. Really, it couldn't have been better.
