Audiovisual facilities may be demonstrated to users, but ongoing support is not provided. However, the Events Team reserves the right to determine what support can be offered on a case-by-case basis.
- All events must adhere to the Health and Safety guidance. This includes obtaining approved event risk assessments.
- Only approved contractors may provide catering within the Forum. Details are available from the Informatics’ Events Team.
