We held our engagement party on 1st June 2025 and honestly, it was the most amazing night! From the very beginning of planning to the end of the event, Jack was absolutely brilliant—super helpful, organised, and made the whole process stress-free. One of the highlights for us was the grand staircase—it made our entrance feel like a true fairytale moment. Walking down those steps as everyone watched felt so special and cinematic, and the photos came out amazing. The hall itself looked like we’d been transported to Italy—elegant, romantic, and full of character. On the day itself, the service was outstanding. The two lovely female staff who looked after us were incredible—so professional, kind, and attentive. They made sure everything ran smoothly, from welcoming our guests with drinks to sorting out the music and every little detail in between. They truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and we honestly can’t thank them enough. The entire evening was seamless, and it wouldn’t have been the same without their support. Highly recommend this venue and team for any special occasion—you’ll be in great hands!
The only thing I would’ve changed is that our sign wasn’t placed at the front of the hotel to direct guests as promised. A few people were unsure where to go at first, and having the sign up would’ve made the welcome even smoother.
