Host rules

1. Booking & Payments

A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your date.

The remaining balance must be paid 14 days before the event.

A refundable security deposit of £200 is required to cover damages or breaches of contract.

2. Event Timings

Standard venue hire is 4–6 hours (plus 1 hour for setup and 30 minutes for cleanup).

Events must start and finish within agreed time slots.

Late checkout is subject to availability and will incur an additional £50 per hour.

Events must end by 11:00 PM due to local noise regulations (unless special arrangements are made).

3. Cleaning & Waste

A standard cleaning fee of £50 applies to all bookings.

All decorations and belongings must be removed at the end of the event.

Hirer is responsible for bagging all waste and placing it in designated bins.

Excessive mess, confetti cannons, or glitter will incur a deep cleaning charge of £100.

4. Catering & Food

Outside catering is allowed with prior notice.

All caterers must hold valid food hygiene certification.

Use of open flames/cooking indoors is strictly prohibited (warming equipment only).

No pork or alcohol allowed on premises (optional – include only if it applies to your venue).

5. Decorations

You may bring your own décor, but:

No nails, screws, or permanent fixtures.

No ceiling hanging without permission.

No real candles (LED candles only).

Confetti, glitter, and smoke bombs are not allowed indoors.

6. Music & Noise

Only approved DJs or sound systems may be used.

Music volume must comply with noise regulations.

Speakers must be positioned inside the venue only.

7. Safety & Conduct

The hirer is responsible for guest behaviour.

No smoking or vaping inside the venue.

Children must be supervised at all times.

Any violence, illegal activity, or misuse of venue will result in immediate termination of the event.

8. Damage & Liability

Any damage to the venue, furniture, or equipment will be deducted from the security deposit.
