- By Car | There is paid on street parking outside the building and on the adjacent roads (parking is cheaper in the jewelry quarter district on the outskirts of the ring road)
- By Train | Birmingham New Street Station / Grand Central is a 5-10 minute walk away
- By Bus & Tram | The building is within a short walking distance of many bus and tram routes within a few minutes walk

Host rules
Set up and pack down time must be within your hire time.
A bell will ring when you have 10 minutes left and when the hire is finished.
Please leave the studio in the condition you found it in.
If you would like extra studio time please let us know at least 15mins before your hire is finished.
Extra studio time has to be paid for in advance.
If you go more than 5 minutes over your hire time you will be billed for an additional hour.
No Smoking is allowed in the building.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
