We offer competitive rates, seating for up to 25 delegates, as well as complimentary tea & coffee.

- By Car | There is paid on street parking outside the building and on the adjacent roads (parking is cheaper in the jewellery quarter district on the outskirts of the ring road)

Host rules

Set up and pack down time must be within your hire time.
A bell will ring when you have 10 minutes left and when the hire is finished.
Please leave the studio in the condition you found it in.
If you would like extra studio time please let us know at least 15mins before your hire is finished.
Extra studio time has to be paid for in advance.
If you go more than 5 minutes over your hire time you will be billed for an additional hour.
No Smoking is allowed in the building.

Affordable cost, mostly aesthetically pleasing
Not the usual person who was running the venue so had to wait for things like TV remote, WiFi code; toilets weren’t in a great state and the general place was quite untidy. Have previously fed back about the state of the furniture.
