1.Payment policy
50% payment is required to secure your booking.
Overtime will be charged at the agreed hourly rate.
2. Capacity
Final guest numbers must be confirmed in advance.
3. Alcohol Policy
No outside alcohol is permitted.
All alcohol must be purchased through the venue due to our licensing conditions.
4. Noise & Licensing
Music must comply with venue sound limits.
Events must finish by the agreed end time in line with our late-night licence.
Guests must leave the premises quietly to respect neighbours.
5.Damages
The hirer is responsible for any damage caused by guests, suppliers or contractors.
Repair or replacement costs will be deducted from the security deposit.
6. Cleaning
Basic cleaning is included.
Excessive mess may result in additional cleaning charges.
7. Safety
No illegal substances.
No hazardous materials.
Fire exits must remain clear at all times.
