The meeting room is stunning with its view of the Fraser river and is ideal for both meetings and small productions.
It features a conveniently placed small closet located behind the door, large windows that allow plenty of natural light, and recently installed AC and heater for optimal comfort. The room spans approximately 300 square feet in size.
We offer flexible rental options, whether you need it for an hour, a day, or a short-term lease. Additionally, you will have access to shared spaces such as the kitchen, closet, and two bathrooms, as well as high-speed WIFI.
Parking is available on the premises for your convenience.

Situated within the premises of our floral delivery company, our studio resides in a charming 1950s building on the outskirts of Burnaby, overlooking the Fraser River.
The industrial surroundings and adjacent railways seamlessly merge with the studio's ambiance, featuring exposed beams and copper pipes, lending it a distinct character.
Our Studio serves as a luminous and exquisite venue that caters to your business's photoshoot needs. With well-equipped lighting and backdrop facilities, you have the option to bring your own photographer or collaborate with our trusted partners.
Whether you're aiming for product photography, lifestyle imagery, or capturing significant life moments, our space offers a versatile blank canvas. Additionally, we provide the option to utilize our stunning floral installations and props as captivating backdrops.
Your exclusive access encompasses the dedicated studio area. However, with prior arrangements, you can avail yourself of supplementary amenities. These include access to the kitchen, a dressing room, two 8ft folding tables, four folding chairs, customized floral decor and props (additional charges may apply), designated parking spaces (kindly inform us about the required number of spots), basic lighting equipment, and a variety of backdrops.
These amenities cater to a multitude of purposes, such as production projects, photo and film shoots, content creation, social media endeavors, product advertisements, modeling sessions, music videos, commercials, and more.
