The Studio's main floor private backroom is available for rent, totalling 800 sq feet of space.
With a capacity of 40 seated or 100 standing, it's perfect for events, meetings, or photoshoots. The rental includes a private single stall bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen for your convenience.
The main area features three customizable screens for display, as well as furniture included. The rental also provides a private back entrance, and limited parking is available. Additionally, there are three soft box lights, a green screen area, an internal lighting system with customizable colours, and a ring light with a tripod for your photography and filming needs.

Half day rate: $800-$1000 (plus tax)
Full day rate: $1600-$2000 (plus tax)
*Rates may vary depending on use of space, staffing needs, date, duration of event, events during the holiday season and any additional needs.
