The 900 sq ft heritage space features 12 ft ceilings, brick walls, antique wooden beams and floors, and tons of vintage charm to accentuate your vision. The windows face west which - getting the best natural light in the afternoon.
Additional amenities include a dedicated client area, speaker system, wardrobe station and changing area. We have a variety of furniture and equipment included in your booking to make your day as seamless as possible.
We have one authorized free parking space and our main floor allow you to load in any additional equipment, props, and furniture with ease.

- No smoking inside the studio
- No adult filming
- No glitter or slime
- Respect noise levels as we have neighbours within and next door to the studio
- Indoor shoes are required while using our space to protect our white-painted floors, if you do not have indoor shoes, shoe covers will be provided
- Loitering in the hallways, upper level of the building, parking lot, or basement is STRICTLY prohibited as it disturbs the other tenants in our building
- Please respect any of our neighbours you might come into contact with
- Use only our private bathroom within the unit
- Furniture is free to be moved, but we ask that you lift it to avoid any damage to floors or furniture
- Please try to return any furniture or decor to where you found it upon arrival as much as possible :)
- We ask that you clean up after yourselves; treat this space as if it is your own
- Please return gear and equipment to where you found it
- No DJ equipment or large speakers are permitted for events
- Outside catering is allowed
- No events serving alcohol permitted after 8 PM
- Parking is only permitted for regular cars and not camera/production trucks unless requested and approved
- Special events permits will be required for events providing or selling alcohol
