We strive to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all of our guests. To ensure this, we have a few rules in place that we kindly ask all renters to follow:
1- No smoking is allowed inside the venue.
2- The number of guests in the venue must not exceed the number registered at the time of booking.
3- The venue must be cleared and all guests must leave at the end of the rented time. A late fee will be charged for those who stay past the designated time.
4- We are not responsible for any stolen or damaged goods, either from the renter or guests.
5- Renters are responsible for any harm or repair that may take place to the property or equipment during the rental period, and must cover the cost of any necessary replacements.
6- We do not accept responsibility for injuries sustained by the host or guests during their events, regardless of the cause. It is the responsibility of the host to ensure a safe environment and take appropriate precautions to prevent accidents or injuries.

We absolutely loved the venue. It’s such a unique space which is what we were looking for. Sami was very helpful and attentive before, during and after the event. He helped facilitate access to the venue prior to our arrival which was very helpful. I would highly recommend this space to anyone looking for a unique experience

Sami was amazing with communication. He was very quick in answering my questions. On the day of the event, he helped set up and after the party helped with packing our stuff and carrying it to our parked vehicle.
On the whole Sami was very accommodating and always did his job with smile.

There is no parking in the building, for even one vehicle. Not sure if there was a doorman on the premises.

Such a unique and beautiful venue to host any type of event. We had my child 1 year old party there, it the perfect space for us in terms of accessibility and the ability to decorate the space to our preference.
Sam was an impeccable host who was very accommodating and professional from the first interaction to the very end of our event, him and his team were there to help during the entire day when needed and we felt very supported throughout. Highly recommended!!
