Host rules
• The primary booking guest must be 18 years of age or older and must remain on-site for the duration of the booking.
• Maximum occupancy must not exceed the approved guest count listed on the reservation.
• No smoking, vaping, or cannabis use is permitted anywhere inside the building.
• No illegal drugs, illegal activity, weapons, or dangerous materials are permitted on the property.
• No ticketed public events, club-style parties, or events open to the general public without prior written approval.
• No events promoting violence, gang activity, hate speech, discrimination, or illegal conduct.
• Guests must respect neighbouring tenants, common areas, and building staff at all times.
• Music and noise levels must remain reasonable and comply with all applicable building and city regulations.
• Furniture, equipment, and décor must not be removed from the premises and must be returned to their original locations before departure.
• Any damages caused by guests will be the responsibility of the booking guest.
• Outside food and catering are permitted. All garbage and event materials must be disposed of properly before departure.
• Alcohol service must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The booking guest assumes responsibility for the conduct of all attendees.
• Glitter, confetti, smoke effects, pyrotechnics, open flames, and candles are prohibited unless approved in advance.
• Events must end at the scheduled booking time. Additional charges may apply for overtime use of the space.
• The venue reserves the right to end any event immediately without refund if house rules, safety requirements, or applicable laws are violated.
• Food, snacks, and refreshments are available for purchase through the venue.
• Outside food and catering are permitted with prior approval.
• Events wishing to serve alcohol must discuss requirements with the host before booking.
• All alcohol service must comply with applicable laws and venue policies.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
