To ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable experience for all guests, please review and follow the rules below when booking and using the venue space.
No smoking or vaping inside the building. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
Any damage to the venue, furniture, décor, equipment, or fixtures will result in additional charges.
Guests must respect the booked rental time, including setup and teardown. Additional overtime fees may apply.
No illegal substances, weapons, or unlawful activities are permitted on the premises.
Music and noise levels must remain respectful of neighboring businesses and properties.
Alcohol service must comply with Ontario laws and regulations. The host is responsible for obtaining any required permits or licenses.
Guests under the age of 18 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
Confetti, glitter, smoke bombs, open flames, or hazardous materials are not permitted unless approved in advance.
Furniture and décor may not be removed from the venue without prior approval.
All personal belongings and event items must be removed immediately after the booking ends.
The venue is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended items.
Maximum guest capacity must be respected at all times for safety and fire regulations.
Excessive intoxication, aggressive behavior, or disturbances may result in immediate termination of the event without refund.
Vendors, DJs, caterers, and third-party suppliers must operate professionally and responsibly within the venue.
By booking the space, guests agree to follow all venue rules and accept responsibility for their attendees and vendors.
