Very friendly and helpful staff. The location was perfect for us and food was excellent
During the lunch period it did get a little noisy due to the restaurant, however we were able to continue working.
Booking and communication was great. The host Jayden was great, very friendly and even accommodated a last minute dietary requirement that had not been mentioned to me by the attending guest until the event! The food was exceptional, the meals were a decent size, fantastic quality and all dietary requirements were will taken care of :)
Lighting in the room was not the best for photos!
Rebecca was very efficient and a pleasure to deal with.
Good food, the room was really nice. Had the calamari to start with then had the choice of barramundi or salmon with roasted vegetables. It was exactly what we needed for a work dinner. Emma, the Venue Manager, was great to work with too!
About The Victoria Hotel
Shopaholics are in prime position to explore the Collins Street boutiques, Bourke Street Shopping Mall and Chinatown alleys.
And for those looking for a night out, the Little Collins Street locale is the perfect base to take on the Melbourne’s lively East End theatre district, Crown Casino and famous sporting arenas.
Formerly known as the Victoria Coffee Palace, The Victoria Hotel was established in 1880 as a sober alternative to the rowdy hotels with onsite pubs.
One of the first hotels to be built in Melbourne, the property has evolved from a 19th-century coffee house to luxury accommodation in the 20’s and 30’s, along the way witnessing war, prohibition and an Olympic Games, to become one of the city’s true landmarks.
