Very poor communication
My attempt to book a meeting room at the Mercure Sydney Manly Warringah was a frustrating and ultimately unsuccessful experience due to poor service and a critical lack of communication from Melissa Ng. Despite clearly stating our need for a presentation screen from the outset, and confirming this throughout the booking process (even after invoice approval), Ms. Ng informed me days later that the venue didn't have one, rendering the room unusable. This crucial detail was overlooked, wasting significant time. Communication with Ms. Ng was consistently slow, even when contacting the venue directly. I had to repeatedly explain our requirements. After 3-4 days of discussion, I was forced to cancel and find another venue. This negative experience means I will not consider the Mercure Sydney Manly Warringah for future meetings.
