Since inception in July 2016, our custom-built warehouse space in Williamstown North, Little Ginger, has provided the picture-perfect backdrop for all kinds of special occasions and business events.

Little Ginger is your blank canvas, and our focus is on creativity, imagination, and engaging with others. Our onsite facilities provide you with the perfect infrastructure to create your own unique event.

With great amenities and space for 70 people (cocktail parties to full sit-down events), our venue appeals to a broad private and business market. When you think of milestone birthdays, bridal showers, baby showers a micro-wedding or be it a photoshoot or business celebration, think Little Ginger because we have a package to suit Private and Business Needs!

Our Team will set up / pack up the venue facilities to match your needs - that's food and guest tables with white linen table cloths, chairs, mixture of some seating and some bar tables/stools for a more casual setting. Our Team will take care of the bins refreshments during your events and provide a full clean of venue during and post event - you simply take care of guest needs OR book wait staff through the venue to assist with full wait service/table needs.

Looking for a unique space to run a team building or leadership training session - our venue will help secure the right appeal to take participants out of the classroom and out of their usual training comfort zone. Complimented with large indoor and outdoor breakout areas for all to spread out and enjoy.

Product Launch and VIP Nights are a great experience at Little Ginger, choose from our Grazing Catering or Bring In Your Own Preferred supplier and enjoy a few drinks from the bar or get our team to create a special cocktail all about you!!

BOOKINGS
All bookings, including via our online system, require a completed, signed booking form,
acknowledging our terms and conditions.

FINAL NUMBERS
Confirmation of final numbers are required 14 days prior to your event. Little Ginger has a
maximum capacity of 70 persons (babies to adults)

PAYMENT TERMS
A $500 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your event date. Balance payment is
required 30 days prior for all charges

Covid Cancellation
Please note Covid is no longer an unknown or unforeseen event. In the event you have to cancel due to guests unable to attend due to illness, please be advised our services are not reliant on the number of guests you are allowed to have on the date of your event. If you book that is the risk you take therefore it will be taken as a cancellation.

NOISE
Live/Amplified Music (e.g. Bands) must be completed by 11pm. Background music may be played
through the house system until 11.30pm.

LICENSING
Management reserves the right to refuse admittance to, or eject from the premises, any
persons failing to comply any health & safety regulations, including behaviour & intoxication.

No Smoking is permitted inside or out the front - we have a large backyard area to accommodate needs.

NO BYO ANY BEVERAGES - We are a fully licensed premise - You cannot bring in any drinks to the venue. Your Bond will be forfeited.

DAMAGE/EXCESS CLEANING/EXCESS TIME
In the event of damages caused to the venue or amenities, including specialty cleaning
required for example; breakages, cosmetic damages to venue surfaces including walls/floors,
the client will be charged a fee assessed on the extent of damage caused and costs to repair,
replace or commercial clean. Failure for everyone (you, guests, vendors) to depart by the
end of booking will incur charges, for all staff, security and venue costs incurred. Charges are based on a pro rata hourly basis - per hour or part thereof and charges apply as soon as you exceed your booked time.

Specializing in Micro Events we accommodate from 10-70.

Our industrial vibes combined with a garden party interior are perfect to be booked as a blank canvas, where you design and style it yourself, right through to our fully inclusive packages. We have all the partners but you absolutely can add your own to the mix!

Included in the hire rates:
Tables with white linen table cloths, Chairs, Bar Tables, Stools, Full use of indoor and outdoor areas, fully equipped kitchen, set up/pack up to match your needs, cleaning, rubbish disposal and GST.

Onsite catering options or Bring in Your Own, staffing can be hired to assist in the day - strictly NO BYO beverages - we have a full bar service available.
