Seating capacity 40 people with or without catering options.
With the popular restaurant / bar downstairs, we are able to offer coffee, snacks and meals throughout the day.
Also, can be supported by the catering service to host private functions, bridal showers, product launches etc. To suit your needs and size of the event, the entire venue can be available for hire including restaurant hall area.
Prices
For dry hire: full day rate is from 8am to 12am. Patrons can get meals from our restaurant downstairs freely when the kitchen is open.

Located 1 minute to Strathfield Station, at Affections Photo Studio, we offer dedicated studio space for photography shootings, art classes and workshops.
Our studio is fitted with backdrops, studio lighting, equipment, sitting space and restaurant downstairs! The room is also filled with beautiful natural day light. Depending on your needs, be it for portraits, pet photography, ecommerce and food photography!
