About this space

The Lab is an Event Space in the Australian Theatre for Young People and serves as a practical rehearsal and workshop studio for hands-on creative sessions.

Design: The Lab has a high exposed ceiling with lighting bars and a black drape-lined interior that frames a compact rectangular performance area. A timber storage wall at one end contrasts with a glazed side that admits natural daylight.

- Shared Foyer is available in a non- exclusive capacity for client use when hiring the Rebel Theatre but must be alerted to in advance as it will be a negotiation with other building tenants.
