Booking Times:
All bookings must include setup and pack-down time. Overtime will be charged accordingly.
Capacity Limits:
Please adhere to the agreed guest capacity. Overcrowding is not permitted for safety reasons.
Noise Levels:
Respectful noise levels must be maintained at all times. No loud music or amplified sound after 10 PM.
Cleaning & Waste:
Guests are responsible for returning the space in the condition it was found. All rubbish must be disposed of in the provided bins. Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive mess is left behind.
Decorations & Fixtures:
No nails, screws, or adhesives may be used on walls or surfaces. Temporary decorations must be removed after the event.
Smoking & Substances:
Substation No.13 is a strictly non-smoking venue. No illegal substances are permitted on the premises.
Alcohol Consumption:
Alcohol is permitted only with prior approval. Responsible service of alcohol must be followed. No underage drinking.
Security & Supervision:
Events must be supervised at all times. Security may be required for larger gatherings at the discretion of the venue.
Damage & Liability:
Any damage to the venue or furnishings will be charged to the booking party. A refundable bond is required prior to the event.
Respect for Neighbours:
Please ensure guests leave the premises quietly and respectfully, especially during evening events
