Event Room 1 is located in a premium position overlooking Queen Street. This space features an abundance of natural light with floor to ceiling windows, neutral tones, modern furnishings, two ceiling mounted data projectors with 150” screens and a built- in sound system.
This space is perfect for medium to large sized conferences, events, exhibitions and team building activities, with flexibility to increase the size (if required) as it is adjacent to Events Rooms 2 and 3. The additional rooms can be made accessible by moveable sound panels to increase the size, or to utilise as separate breakout or catering spaces.

Cancellation fee payable to the venue depending on the notice period:
- 90+ days prior to the event No fee, guest receives full refund
- 14 - 89 days prior to the event Fee payable is 50% of total hire cost
- Less than 14 days prior to the event Fee payable is 100% of total hire cost
