Located on the ground floor of Mercure Melbourne Southbank, Eureka Room 2 is a bright, adaptable event space ideal for small meetings, workshops, and private gatherings. At 22 square metres, the room offers flexible layouts to suit your needs:

Boardroom: up to 12 guests

U-shape: up to 9 guests

Eureka Room 2 provides easy access for all guests, including those with mobility needs. Large windows bring in natural light throughout the day, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The room also features excellent soundproofing to ensure a quiet, focused environment free from outside noise.

Equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, room temperature control, and upgraded audio-visual equipment, the space supports a variety of event requirements. Our flexible day delegate packages include room hire, AV services, and catering options such as morning tea, working lunch, and afternoon tea.

Tablecloths and tables are available on request. Our professional team is ready to accommodate special dietary needs and work closely with you to tailor catering and room setup for your event.

Day delegate package (available for 20 people +) include:

- Full or half day room hire cost (depending on the package chosen) with the room arrangements of your choice.
- Complimentary Wi-Fi.
- Audio and visual equipment including projector, a screen and a flip chart.
- Morning Tea: this include variety of teas and coffees, milk and sweets.
- The lunch table: assortment of sandwiches, one chef’s selection of substantial meal, salads, fresh seasonal fruit, cheese and options of beverages.
- Afternoon Tea: light snacks with teas and coffees to keep you moving.
