The conference room is complete with modern facilities & a relaxed atmosphere to ensure that your event is a success.
Our space is fully customizable to suit any group size from a small meeting through to a large conference with seating up to 35 people available or up to 50 standing.
The Seaport Room is located on the ground floor of the hotel and is fully accessible with ramp access.

- 2 complimentary car spaces available per booking - additional parks available at $10 per day
- No smoking in the building. Smoking is only permitted outside using the ash trays provided.

Cancellations 7 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 7 days to 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 7 months from the original date, at no cost.
