Communication with the events team was brilliant. Fast, helpful and easy to do with. The room was the perfect size for our event, everything was set up as asked, all the AV was easy to use and the platters, drinks etc were delivered promptly.
Wasn’t told this particular room was accessible outside via the car park or via a long corridor from reception. Hotel guests were seated on the floor near the tea:coffee area. Not a great look. Also reception was unattended so our guests had no idea where to go.
