Located on the ground floor of the Gate 8 building, this stylish and fully accessible venue offers a comfortable and welcoming environment for all guests. Create a private setting by drawing the auditorium curtain—perfect for focused presentations or exclusive gatherings. The space comes fully equipped with AV facilities and a lectern to support your event needs.
Personalised conference packages are available, including conference-style lunches, or choose cocktail-style roaming canapés for more formal events. Treat your guests to a coffee with a prepaid bar tab at Gracie’s Café.
Speakers Corner is licenced to serve alcohol from 5:00pm daily.
Prices
Security is required for all events serving alcohol - $100 per hour, per security, minimum 4 hours.
After-hours concierge required for specific events - $60 per hour, minimum 4 hours.
Conference Lunch $38pp | three sandwich options and two salad options
Half Day Catering $54pp | Morning Tea + Lunch or Afternoon Tea + Lunch
Full Day Catering $70pp | Morning Tea + Lunch + Afternoon Tea

Guest under 18 not allowed unless accompanied by an adult after 5:00 pm
Host rules
* A full guest list must be supplied for all events to ensure smooth access to Level 6 where The Conservatory is located
* All guests are required to abide by the Jolimont House Member Rules, a copy of which will be supplied at the time of confirmation - the event organiser accepts all responsibility for guests adhering to the Member Rules
* Access to the Conservatory Terrace is weather dependant and therefore not guaranteed
* The Conservatory Terrace is strictly a non-smoking space, despite being outdoors. Any guest found to be smoking or vaping will be asked to leave the premises
* The event organiser must be on site at least 30 minutes prior to the event start time, and remain on the premises for the duration of the event
* Outside catering/alcohol is not permitted
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
