The Carne Studio

The Carne Studio is our largest practice room. It has two pianos and is ideal for small groups to rehearse, piano teaching, or individual practice. Located on the ground floor, this room can accommodate 10 people. The room also has two grand pianos (Yamaha and Kawai), making it ideal for ensemble rehearsals.

About National Opera Studio
The National Opera Studio has a range of multipurpose, air conditioned spaces available to hire throughout the year.
Each room has a minimum of one piano and a full length mirror, and you can hire out individual rooms or the whole building. Each space is fully accessible on the ground floor or via our platform lift. As the Studio runs a full time training programme, our spaces are not usually available during term hours. Evening and weekend hire is available all year round.
Discounts are available for charities, partners and local businesses.
