The Blackburn Hall is our largest multi-use space ideal for music, theatre and dance. With its high ceilings, acoustic curtains and sprung floor, it is perfect for rehearsals, performances, auditions, filming, fitness classes, conferences and large presentations.
The Hall is located on the first floor of the building and features two grand pianos, a lighting rig, a PA system and fixed HD cameras. Our state-of the-art recording facilities make the Hall an ideal venue for filming and livestreaming, including performances, auditions and demos

About National Opera Studio
The National Opera Studio has a range of multipurpose, air conditioned spaces available to hire throughout the year.
Each room has a minimum of one piano and a full length mirror, and you can hire out individual rooms or the whole building. Each space is fully accessible on the ground floor or via our platform lift. As the Studio runs a full time training programme, our spaces are not usually available during term hours. Evening and weekend hire is available all year round.
Discounts are available for charities, partners and local businesses.
