Staff were amazing, couldn't've of been more helpful. They made the night run really smoothly.

Jody and Jess were so helpful in getting everything exactly as I wanted it and were able to answer any questions I had. The space we bad was perfect for the number of people and our pre-ordered drinks came out at the time I requested. We dropped a cake off earlier in the day which was looked after as well as our decorations.

I was given the cake but no napkins or knife to cut it, a member of staff said that the upstairs bar would be opening shortly but it never did (I was surprised to hear that it would be knowing that it was an optional extra).

Had exclusive use upstairs. Buffet was great value for money. Staff were very friendly and efficient

Perfect location in the city centre by the harbour. The buffet was delicious and a good amount of food for everyone. Easy and quick to buy drinks from the bar. Private area for us. They let us decorate how we wanted too and communication with the venue was quick and easy throughout! Would recommend to anyone want to hire a venue for a party!

Pitcher & Piano Bristol is located in a prime spot on the Bristol Harbourside, making it an ideal location for people travelling from anywhere. There are bus stops located a 5 minute walk away, as well as a train station, which is easily accessible via bus. If travelling by car, Millennium Square Car Park is located just around the corner.

Just to let you know that we do not allow any minors in the venue after 7pm and operate a challenge 21 policy (if you are lucky enough to still be ID) so please ensure that yourself and your guests bring along a valid form of photo ID (passport or driving licence).
