Guests under 18 are not allowed after 19:00

Host rules

For larger bookings a deposit will be required to confirm the booking. Unless otherwise specified, the deposit is only redeemable off food and drink on the day of your booking and cannot be refunded for money.

Only once the payment is complete, is your booking confirmed. Then on the day, the money will come off the bill at the end of your visit.

For larger food bookings, a pre-order will be required. This is due to be submitted at least 1 week ahead of your booking, unless otherwise specified.

Please note that we require pre orders of the buffet package and full payment a minimum of 2 weeks in advanced.

We do not allow any minors in the venue after 7pm and operate a challenge 21 policy (if you are lucky enough to still be ID) so please ensure that yourself and your guests bring along a valid form of photo ID (passport or driving licence).

For bookings of 6 or more, there will be a discretionary service charge of 10% added to the bill.

If you are celebrating a birthday, graduation or hen party you are more than welcome to decorate your area and bring along a cake. Feel free to drop these off beforehand and we can put these out for your arrival. We do not allow table confetti as this can ruin our furniture.

Pitcher & Piano Bristol is located in a prime spot on the Bristol Harbourside, making it an ideal location for people travelling from anywhere. There are bus stops located a 5 minute walk away, as well as a train station, which is easily accessible via bus. If travelling by car, Millennium Square Car Park is located just around the corner.
