About Grinder Gym
Don’t worry about it being too intimidating though, as our gym is welcoming and we are excited to help both experienced and novice lifters. If you want to experience a transformation, whether it’s weight loss or gaining muscle mass, we are the gym for you.
If you’re fortunate enough to ever set foot in a place like Grinder Gym, then you will know you’re in a place to “do work” and not the typical fitness club set up to sell you a membership.
Since Grinder Gym first opened in 2007, our philosophy was to have a group training gym that was dedicated to producing amazing Body Transformations. You can walk in today and see that we have become that and much more.
The clanging of iron and loud heart-pounding music throughout the gym is second only to the voice of the instructors calling out exercises.

Cancellations 7 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 7 days to 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 24 hours are non-refundable.
