All bookings will include a complimentary initial set up by one of our AV Lighting Techs, however, if you wish to have a dedicated Tech throughout the duration of your booking, please include it in your add-ons by the hour (rate: $50/hr).
PLEASE: Bring your own external hard drive (minimum 1TB) to transfer files after your recording and bring it with you to edit. We do have editors readily available if you wish to have us take care of it.
There is $25 Dropbox Fee for any assets that cannot be taken same day. Dropbox links will be available for 30 days to download.
NOTE: Due to the high demand of our studio, ALL FILES MUST BE TRANSFERRED DURING YOUR SCHEDULED BOOKING TIME! Any overtime hours will be accounted after your booking!

This space is not soundproofed or acoustically treated.
1. No smoking anywhere in the facility
2. Absolutely no open foods or liquids on or near the equipment (including rolls)
- If taking content of food or liquid products, please message for more details. Our main concern in this is preserving the equipment and backdrop rolls from splatter that can ruin it.
3. No alcohol for consumption allowed
4. No Glitter/Sparkles, Paint, or Slime
Please clean up after yourself and leave equipment and studio space in the order you came.
Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period
