Hailing from the culinary-rich province of Biella in Piemonte, Italy, the restaurant is an extension of the esteemed Salumeria Biellese, a family legacy dating back to its establishment in 1925. With over 90 years of expertise in the food business in the United States, Biricchino opened its doors in 1987, offering patrons a genuine taste of Northern Italian cooking traditions.
At Biricchino, the emphasis is on quality and tradition. The restaurant proudly sources the finest ingredients, with house-made cured meats crafted from 100% all-natural, locally sourced Berkshire hogs, grass-fed beef, and Amish farm-raised chickens.
