About Bar Camillo
Bar Camillo is a Roman bar and restaurant located in the heart of Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn.
The location offer different space and formula for your event:
- Covered backyard,
- Private basement dining room
- Full house (bar, backyard, basement private dining room)
The menu focused on pinsa, an ancient style of Roman pizza. Made using a mixture of organic wheat & rice flours and left to rise for over 48 hours, the resulting crust is lighter, crispier, and more easily digestible than your typical Neapolitan pizza. Topped with a wide variety of traditional ingredients like artichokes, prosciutto cotto, guanciale, anchovies and mushrooms, and using only imported fior di latte mozzarella from Campania, each pinsa is then finished in Bar Camillo’s imported Moretti Forni oven specifically designed for this type of pizza.
Bar Camillo’s menu also has a large selection of Roman antipasti, as well as a few spins on classic dishes from the Eternal City.
Named after Count Camillo Negroni, the alleged creator of the negroni, Bar Camillo’s beverage program features many variations of the iconic cocktail along with a large selection of wines on tap, craft beer, spritzes, aperitivi, whiskey and amari.
