As a former executive producer of films, I understand the creative process — and I’m committed to supporting your vision. Whether you're producing editorial, branded content, or adult material, this award-winning and internationally recognized space is designed to help you succeed.
The Douglas Studio is a solar-powered sanctuary perfect for photography, film shoots, and content creation of all kinds, including tasteful adult work and OnlyFans production. Designed by award-winning architect Ron Wommack, FAIA, as his personal home and signature piece, the space features steel framing, concrete floors, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a serene bamboo garden for privacy and sound buffering.
Located just 1 mile from the Dallas Design District, 2 miles from the American Airlines Center, and under 4 miles from Love Field Airport.

– 1 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms
– Minimal furniture: dining table + 6 chairs, kitchen stools, bedroom set

– Kitchen stocked with tea/coffee bar
– Stunning “museum-like” natural light
– Strong WiFi
– Quiet interior ideal for clean audio recording
Furniture may be moved or removed with prior approval. Note: we do not allow rental deliveries or large decorations without discussion.

Cancellations 7 days to 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 24 hours are non-refundable.
