Host rules

Cancellation:
In signing a contract for use of the restaurant event space, this space is removed from our inventory and we consider the space sold. We then make financial commitments base on the expected revenue outlined in your contract. Contract cancellation may expose us to substantial losses. Accordingly, you are subject to the terms of cancellation outline below:
Six months or less to the event date: 50% of the Food and Beverage commitment and event revenue as noted above, plus 10% District of Columbia State and Local tax.
Three months or less to the event date: 75% of the Food and Beverage commitment and event revenue as noted above, plus 10% District of Columbia State and Local tax.
One month or less to the event date: 90% of the Food and Beverage commitment and event revenue as noted above, plus 10% District of Columbia State and Local tax.
In the event of a cancellation, you may request that we prepare a statement detailing the applicable cancellation damages, plus any state and local taxes. We will subtract any advance payments and deposits paid by you to us.

FINAL PAYMENT: Final payment for the event food and beverage consumption and restaurant commitments is due prior to the start of your event. An itemized receipt will be provided by the restaurant for your documentation. If your reservation is more than 30 days out from the date of this agreement, please be aware that in the event of a full restaurant buy out by another party, we reserves the right to move or cancel your reservation. Under only these circumstances, in the event that a mutually agreed upon change to your reservation cannot be met, your deposit will be refunded in full.
