The room also features a connected smart camera, making it easy to conduct video conferences with clients or remote team members. And when it's time for a break, take advantage of our covered garage parking, fully equipped kitchen, honor bar, and complimentary coffee and tea bar. When weather permits, enjoy access to our balcony, where you can take in stunning views of the surrounding area.
For an added layer of privacy, we've installed white noise throughout the hallway and common spaces, ensuring that your meeting stays private and confidential. We hope you enjoy the Conference Rooms and Event Spaces at Venture X. We strive to
make the facility the best place for everyone. To make this possible, we ask that you read the
key points from our “Terms of Use” and follow our very simple, ethical, and common
standards.
- Place rinse out all dishes left in sink. Venture X staff will load/run the dishwasher throughout the day.
- Visiting children must be mannerly and always accompanied by an adult.
- Do not solicit other members or guests.
- Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere in the building or on the property. This includes the parking areas.
- Venture X hosts events for Members. Please note that during some of these events we will serve alcoholic beverages. It is at the discretion of the member to know their company policies regarding consumption of alcohol while on the premises.
- We ask that all member dress in workplace appropriate clothing.
- Please do not take phone calls in the hallways we have phone booths available if needed.
Respect: Venture X members must be highly respectful of their other Venture Xer’s. We are a professional workspace, where many companies are developing private and secure work. In order to keep the culture trustworthy, we ask that if you see someone’s monitor, white/black board drawings, or copies to keep it to yourself, and erase it from memory. Follow the simple golden rule.
Volume Control: At Venture X you are welcome to use your phone at your desk, however we have provided with alternative areas for more privacy. These areas include, but not limited to, the phone booth couches, the outside seating area, as well as the conference rooms.
Pets: We love our furry friends too, but please keep them at home. Due to allergies and other liability issues, we ask that you do not bring them to Venture X.
Liability: Every person who uses Venture X Services and comes on the Venture X premises is liable for his or her own belongings, actions, and materials.
Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period
