Our space on Columbia Road is big, bright, and flexible — about 30,000 square feet in total. It’s in a historic building from 1905, but inside it’s fully modern, with private offices, shared desks, meeting rooms, and open areas you can set up however you like. Some people rent an office here full-time, others just book a room for a few hours. The mix works.

We’re right in Adams Morgan, a short walk from 18th Street. Inside, you’ll find fast internet, a café area, and plenty of space. The idea is simple: if you need a place to work, meet, or host an event, we make it easy.
