Venue rental includes chairs, tables, and a decorative arch, allowing couples to bring in their own caterers and vendors in a flexible raw-space format.
What sets The Grand Sojourn apart is its on-site lodging. The property features 40 thoughtfully designed tiny homes accommodating up to 80 overnight guests. Each tiny home sleeps 2–4 guests and includes a queen loft, private bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchenette, living area, and a private deck with mountain views. Shared amenities include a pickleball court, shuffleboard, scenic walking trails, community fire pits, and gathering spaces designed to turn your wedding into a full weekend experience.

Unauthorized early entry or late departure incurs a $500 fee.
Deposit: $500 refundable security deposit required. May be withheld for damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, rule violations, or failure to vacate on time. Pets: $50 per pet (1 per unit, 50 lb max). Must be crated if unattended.

Capacity: Up to 60 guests for ceremony and indoor reception. Overnight lodging limited to 2–4 guests per rented tiny home. Exceeding occupancy limits may result in additional charges or cancellation without refund.
Rental Hours: Check-in 4 PM, check-out 10 AM. Event access 10 AM–11 PM. Unauthorized early entry or late departure incurs a $500 fee.
Deposit: $500 refundable security deposit required. May be withheld for damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, rule violations, or failure to vacate on time.
Payments: 50% non-refundable deposit due at booking. Remaining balance due 90 days prior. Late payments incur a 5% fee after 5 business days. Payments 30+ days late may result in cancellation without refund.
A minimum block of 15 tiny homes is required. If not fully booked 30 days prior, remaining units will be invoiced to the Client. Rates vary by unit size, season, and availability.
Insurance: Event liability insurance required ($1M minimum; $2M if alcohol is served). Proof due 30 days prior.
Alcohol: Licensed, insured bartender required when applicable. No self-serve alcohol. No illegal drugs.
Decor & Noise: No nails, adhesives, open flames indoors, fireworks, confetti, or hazardous materials. No live bands. Music must remain at acceptable levels.
Cleanup: Property must be left in original condition. Excess cleaning deducted from deposit.
Pets: $50 per pet (1 per unit, 50 lb max). Must be crated if unattended.
