The Grand Sojourn is a timber-lined event venue built around a flexible open-plan hall that adapts to different layouts.
Design: The interior features a vaulted timber ceiling with exposed beams above wide-plank flooring, tall windows that admit ample natural light, and a mix of ceiling fans and track lighting for evening use.
Features: The venue includes a PA system and speakers, a marked dancefloor area, Wi‑Fi and air conditioning. Permission for outside DJs and playing your own music is allowed subject to a venue noise restriction. The building provides a step‑free guest entrance, wheelchair access and accessible toilets.
Ideal for: Groups looking for a relaxed, adaptable space that supports both mingling and seated dining in a single room.

Host rules
Capacity: Up to 60 guests for ceremony and indoor reception. Overnight lodging limited to 2–4 guests per rented tiny home. Exceeding occupancy limits may result in additional charges or cancellation without refund.
Rental Hours: Check-in 4 PM, check-out 10 AM. Event access 10 AM–11 PM. Unauthorized early entry or late departure incurs a $500 fee.
Deposit: $500 refundable security deposit required. May be withheld for damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, rule violations, or failure to vacate on time.
Payments: 50% non-refundable deposit due at booking. Remaining balance due 90 days prior. Late payments incur a 5% fee after 5 business days. Payments 30+ days late may result in cancellation without refund.
A minimum block of 15 tiny homes is required. If not fully booked 30 days prior, remaining units will be invoiced to the Client. Rates vary by unit size, season, and availability.
Insurance: Event liability insurance required ($1M minimum; $2M if alcohol is served). Proof due 30 days prior.
Alcohol: Licensed, insured bartender required when applicable. No self-serve alcohol. No illegal drugs.
Decor & Noise: No nails, adhesives, open flames indoors, fireworks, confetti, or hazardous materials. No live bands. Music must remain at acceptable levels.
Cleanup: Property must be left in original condition. Excess cleaning deducted from deposit.
Pets: $50 per pet (1 per unit, 50 lb max). Must be crated if unattended.
Tennessee law governs this agreement.
