Located at the top of Bluff Mountain, Grand Haven provides one of the most breathtaking wedding venues in the Smoky Mountains. It offers panoramic views of Pigeon Forge and the surrounding mountain landscape, making it a sought-after location for couples looking to celebrate their wedding with incredible mountain views. Perfect for larger gatherings, Grand Haven can accommodate up to 60 guests for the wedding ceremony & reception.
Prices
Security Deposit: $500 refundable deposit required. May be withheld for damages, excessive cleaning, missing items, rule violations, or failure to vacate on time.
$100 per pet (non-refundable). No pets in pools, on furniture, or bedding. Must be crated if unattended. Clean up waste.

Host rules
Occupancy: Maximum 60 guests for events. Overnight limit is 24 guests (12 per cabin). Exceeding limits may result in additional charges or termination without refund.
Check-In/Out: Lodging check-in 4 PM, check-out 10 AM. Venue access 10 AM–11 PM on event day. Unauthorized early entry or late departure incurs a $500 fee.

Noise: No live bands. Music must remain at reasonable levels. Venue may require volume reduction at its discretion.
Alcohol: If outside guests are driving, a licensed and insured bartender (approved by venue) is required. No self-serve alcohol. No minors consuming alcohol. No illegal drugs. Venue may stop alcohol service, remove guests, end the event without refund, involve law enforcement, and/or forfeit deposit for violations.
Smoking: No smoking indoors. Outdoor smoking only in designated areas. Dispose of waste properly.
Decor: No nails, staples, tape, adhesives, or hanging décor from beams/fixtures. No open flames indoors. No fireworks, sparklers, lanterns, fog machines, confetti, glitter, rice, or similar items. Balloons allowed indoors only (no releases). Outdoor petals/bubbles permitted.
Vendors/Rentals: Vendor list due 60 days prior. Venue may refuse unapproved vendors. All rentals must be removed by 10 AM following the event.
Cleanup: Property must be left in original condition (normal wear excepted). Excess cleaning deducted from deposit.
Pets: Dog-friendly.
Insurance: Event liability insurance required (min. $1M; $2M if alcohol). Proof due 30 days prior.
