About this space
Our 1,883 sq ft space features hardwood floors and brick walls with bright white finishes, and plenty of natural light. Here, you’ll find a glass meeting table that seats up to six people, along with a living room setup for casual gatherings.
The space also includes a small kitchenette with a fridge and sink, two restrooms, and rolls in black, white, and light blue for versatile backdrops. Plus, our adjustable 10x7 ft photo studio background stand makes it perfect for creative projects. With props like a couch, table and chair, bench, lamp, guitars, and a Ramones print, this space provides everything you need for a productive and enjoyable event!

Host rules
- Liability insurance is highly recommended.
- We're not responsible for the personal property of renters or guests used during and anything left after reservation.
- Agree to leave the space and surrounding property in the same condition as when you arrived. Booking instructions (sent prior to rental) must be followed, and photos sent as instructed. Failure to do so will result in additional fees
- No smoking in the building
- Use of open flame is prohibited
- No glitter or fog machines
- No alcohol use is permitted without a banquet license
- No live performances or loud music (we have neighbors below us)
- Large gatherings are not allowed
- Glitter or fog machines are not allowed
- Outside catering is allowed but must be cleaned up and taken with you at the end of your session. (Pack it in, pack it out).
- By renting the studio, you acknowledge and agree to waive any right to pursue legal action for accidents, mishaps, or losses that may occur on the premises. You release the host, its owners, agents, employees, independent contractors, affiliates, subsidiaries, and all related personnel from any liability for injuries (physical or mental), accidents, or other losses resulting from your participation in, work on, or use of the studio facilities, or any activities conducted on the premises.
- You waive all claims against the studio and its leaseholders for any liabilities arising from your use of the space. Neither the host nor any leaseholders will be held responsible for any injuries, accidents, losses, or damages occurring within the studio or on the premises.
- As the renter, you are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining appropriate liability insurance. The studio’s liability is limited to a refund of the rental fee if your booking is delayed or canceled due to an issue within the studio or building that renders the facilities unusable.
