Host rules

You are responsible for telling all guests the space rules and will take responsibility if guests violate any. We suggest that you let 3 people onsite know all the rules to help mitigate violations. We need the contact info for at least 2 people onsite.

There are security cameras inside and outside of the venue premises for security purposes. Unplugging or tampering with the recording devices will result in immediate ending of your reservation and all guests must vacate the premises immediately and rental fees and deposits are forfeited. The building and outside grounds must be left in the same condition as when the Renter took possession.

Food: We DO ALLOW outside food to be brought in. No cooking onsite is allowed. Heating, storage, and prep of already prepared food onsite is allowed.

Drinks: Outside drinks are welcome. Intent to serve alcoholic drinks must be made known upon booking and included in your contract to avoid violating rules, policies or forfeiting deposits. Banquet permits may be required.

Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed indoors or outside.

Decorations: You may bring in any decorations you would like, except glitter, confetti, rice, birdseed, etc. All tables used must be covered, please plan for table coverings, extra charge applies if tables are not covered. For items hanging on the wall, painter's tape or command strips are required. No open flame or candles are allowed, battery-operated candles are allowed.

Smoking or Vaping: is NOT allowed on premises, parking lot or near entrances. Guests must be completely off premises.

Music: Yes, you may play any music you'd like, Bluetooth speakers are available as add-on.
