The place boasts high ceilings and provides plenty of natural light, which makes the atmosphere of this place as conducive to creativity as it is inviting to every celebration!

Every event can have seating arrangements with five-foot-long tables and 25 folding chairs. You may design the ideal practice room with two large performance mirrors!

-No smoking
-Any trash from the event must be removed by the renter and placed in an exterior dumpster or recycling bin.
-During business hours (before 5 p.m.) and after residential hours (after 10 p.m.), music should be played at a reasonable volume.
