About this space
We put a lot of thought into the atmosphere at Waystone and hope you love it too!
In addition to our current decor, guests may bring centerpieces, floral arrangements, weighted balloons, projector screens, character cutouts, and more to help set the scene! There are several electrical outlets on each wall for your use. Guests are not permitted to use nails, staples, or any other abrasive methods when decorating the space. We also do not allow the use of glitter or confetti (bubbles and flameless candles are allowed!). We ask all guests to please remove their decorations at the end of the rental.
Our space includes the main lounge and a slightly raised wooden stage. We can also convert part of the space into a separate, smaller conference room (sliding glass doors).
Waystone’s built-in wireless speaker system is ready to play your music! Everything is already set up to work with Spotify and other streaming services on our high-speed Wi-Fi.

- All booking requests must be made at least 30 days prior to your proposed booking date.
- Caterers or guest-provided food is welcome
- No smoking in the property
- No corkage fee
- No alcohol service after 2:00am
- No abrasive or confetti-like decor permitted
In the unlikely event that our staff cannot guarantee their own safe arrival to the premises on the day of the scheduled event due to inclement weather or an act of God, the event will be canceled. Our staff will use the contact information provided at the time of booking to notify the Renter(s) of this cancellation.
