Please, no glitter or confetti unless specific arrangements are made with us.

No smoking is allowed in the studio, and if you plan on having any alcohol, you must clear that with me first and agree to reasonable restrictions.

Also, please talk with me before doing anything with fire, liquids, paint, wind, confetti, or smoke. If balloons are used, they must be discarded.

Anyone operating any equipment must know what they are doing. If you’re unsure about something, please ask me before using it. I’m always happy to help out.

Please leave the studio in the same condition you found it in. Return all furniture and equipment to their original location, throw away all trash and take all your things with you.

Furniture and decorations may be moved. Please pick up and carry anything you want to move, don’t drag or push anything across the floor or cyc area. Please return everything to its original location before you leave.

All ages are allowed in the space. The studio is built for adult use, so please take extreme care if you have any kids in your group, and make sure that you have an eye on them and protect them at all times! You alone are responsible for their safety.

No more than 20 attendees. If you want to inquire about a group larger than 20, don't hesitate to contact the host!

About Studio 305

This studio has 1200 sq/ft of usable space located in the heart of SODO. This space features huge 8-foot windows with soft north-facing light, 14-foot ceilings, a full-set kitchen, a full-set bathroom, and a lounge area. This space is equally geared toward photography, videography, meetings, and workshops. Clients can use the studio for larger productions if the furniture is moved. 

Without moving furniture, the overall shooting space is 20' x 20' (400 sq/ft), with moving furniture 40' long and 20' wide (800 sq/ft). The additional 400 sq/f includes a full-size kitchen and bathroom. (Please inquire with us if you're interested in moving furniture or have a large production).
