- No smoking is allowed on the property.
- Noise inside the building must be kept below 80dba and cannot exceed 5dba above the ambient noise level outside the space. This could limit loud concerts, but most parties and receptions should not have issues.
- Alcohol service is exclusively provided by our in-house beverage partner.
- A Certificate of Insurance (COI) is required for your event.
- The venue must be returned in a broom-swept condition.
- All deliveries must happen during your rental time.
- No sternos / open flame.
